Monthly meetings

We meet at Wollaton Park Community Centre on the first Sunday of each month. The meetings take place at 11:30am as part of the Sewing Sunday which runs 10-4pm (you can arrive and leave at any time within these hours).
​
Sewing Sundays are a popular way to spend some time sewing patchwork (hand or machine) with like-minded people. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for free as is use of irons, ironing boards, laying out tables and other equipment. Just bring your lunch, sewing machine and kit as well as something to sew! The cost is £5 per day.
​
The meeting includes any notices, and a show and tell; if you just attend the meeting the cost is £1.
​
In addition to our regular activities, shown below, we hope to have more informal member-led demonstrations as part of the meetings in 2025.
